Mark the second week of October  on your calendars for the 35th annual Old Oak Cliff Conservation League Fall Home Tour! We are very excited about the 2009 tour and would like to invite everyone to attend. 

(The 2008 Home Tour raised over $40,000 profit for Oak Cliff neighborhoods and had over 1,700 people view the showcased properties. Profits from the tour help fund improvements in member neighborhoods and have been responsible for many beautification projects over the years.)

 Founded in September 1974, the League has been an advocate for Oak Cliff neighborhoods and the tour has played a major factor in showcasing Oak Cliff to the public. There are 29 member neighborhoods that make up The League and in recent years, efforts have been made to outreach to all Oak Cliff neighborhoods and that effort has proven to be invaluable to the organization.

The committees have been formed and the chairs have been named.  We are still looking for volunteers for all areas and encourage all to participate in making the tour a success again in 2009.
 
We are looking for homes and hope to have unique and spectacular properties from various time periods, with a variety of different styles.  If you know of any homes that would be candidates for the tour, please let us know.
